The City of Kansas City was experiencing challenges related to contractors working off the wrong document versions. The City moved to an owner-centric system where all project information and files are centrally stored. An integrated central document repository provides automated version control. As new document versions are entered, a new record is automatically created, ensuring contractors and consultants always work off the most current versions.
