Prior to e-Builder, capital projects for the school district were managed in Microsoft-based applications, where a great deal of information was outdated even before it was extracted for reporting purposes!
Contracts, change orders, purchase orders, you name it—were all paper-driven and had to be physically hunted down. On any given day, the district manages a combined 200 active projects and has completed/closed over 2,400 projects since going live with e-Builder in 2010.
