Jackson Health System

Jackson Health System in Miami, Florida is one of the largest health systems in the country and the only public health system in Miami-Dade County. Jackson has six hospitals, multiple specialty and primary care clinics, and a network of UHealth Jackson urgent care centers throughout the county. The system’s 10-year, $1.5 billion Miracle Building Program—believed to be one of the nation’s most ambitious hospital capital programs—consists of multiple projects, including building a new, state-of-the-art rehabilitation hospital; a new medical campus in the City of Doral; renovations at all the system’s hospitals; and the opening of several urgent care centers throughout Miami-Dade County. Approximately $1 billion of the program is for capital improvements, with the remaining dollars reinvested into technology and equipment. Currently, the Jackson team has 72 active projects in e-Builder in every phase of development.
